Once digital products or services are purchased and delivered, including software licenses, subscriptions, and support, all sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges available. While rare technical issues may warrant exceptions, refunds for services rendered are generally not offered. Subscription cancellations are permitted, but refunds for unused portions are not provided, and access continues until the billing cycle's end.
